After your sponsor application is approved, you will receive an activation email. Click the activation link in the email to set your password and access the Sponsor Portal.
The activation link is valid for 48 hours. If it expires, please contact the administrator.
Use your registered email and the password you set during activation to log in. You can choose "Remember me" to stay logged in for 7 days.
The dashboard shows a summary of your agents (online/offline counts), application status, and agent distribution by region.
Navigate to GlobalPing.Net → Agent Nodes to see all your monitoring agents. You can filter by name/IP, region, or online status.
Click on an agent to view detailed information including hardware specs, network info (IPv6, NMAP), datacenter, and connection status.
Agent status is determined by the last heartbeat time. If an agent has not sent a heartbeat within the expected interval, it will be shown as offline.
Go to Applications and click New Application. Fill in the server details:
You can add multiple servers in a single application.
After submission, the application will be reviewed by the administrator. The review status is displayed on the Applications page. You will receive a notification when the review is complete.
Go to your user menu (bottom of sidebar) → Profile to update your company name, contact name, and website.
Navigate to Change Password. Your password must be at least 8 characters and contain both letters and numbers.
The Security Log page shows all security-related activities on your account, including logins, password changes, and failed login attempts. If you notice any suspicious activity, please change your password immediately and contact support.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox (valid for 1 hour).
Go to your user menu → Promo Card to edit your promotional information displayed on GlobalPing.Net. You can set a promo title, link, discount code, and discount description. All changes require CMS review (1-3 business days) before going live. During the review period, your previously approved promo information continues to display.
